Whether it is your first time or you are a seasoned practitioner, we strive to create a place for everyone. Our welcoming community creates a naturally inviting and friendly environment. All levels are welcome.

A vigorous, moderately heated practice focusing on strength, flexibility and stability. All levels welcome.

A sweet, stretchy rejuvenative practice. This class uses a gentler approach to movement that encourages a more flexible and comfortable body. All levels, not heated.
Upbeat and uplifting, this heated flow class is the perfect way to de-stress from the work week and prepare your body for the weekend to come. All levels will enjoy this fun, safe and energetic practice! Heated (95-105°).
Combining Pilates principles with high intensity interval training (HIIT), this low impact class is an intense, full body workout designed to build a stronger core, increase flexibility, burn body fat, strengthen & tone muscles, and improve overall fitness & health. All levels are welcome. Room is heated.
This heated vinyasa style class focuses on alignment and “flow,” connecting breath and movement. This dynamic sequence incorporates beginner movements at a brisk pace to provide a full body cardio workout and stretch. All levels will enjoy this fun, safe and energetic practice.
TRX
Our TRX program incorporates highly functional movements that build strength, improve posture, boost stamina & muscular endurance, and develop balance & flexibility using multiple modalities in short interval bursts. This class features the TRX Suspension Trainer to implement functional bodyweight movements that emphasize core strength & stability in a manner that allows you to control your own individual challenge on each exercise. By combining different workout tools to maximize your time in class, you will burn a ton of calories in a safe and effective manner. Not to mention, have a lot of fun doing it! All levels are welcome and encouraged! Athletic shoes required.

Our Lil' Yogis class blends the teachings and values of traditional yoga (deep breathing, relaxation, postures, concentration, meditation, focus) with games, activities, music, dancing, laughter, and lots of fun!
